An Ocean of Treasure

When this time of year starts to bring stress, what to get who and who to get what...

remember that material things only bring momentary joy, and try to dig deeper into the treasures of your heart.

Because the gifts that last are the ones rust or moths can not destroy,

reaching out to someone in need or giving someone your time,

doing things together make us better.

Love that shot of the bicycles by the shoreline. For some reason I love the look of bikes on the beach (especially turquoise bikes. They match the ocean :)

You have a nice eye for photography.

Hi, my friend Sandra, MadSnapper told me about your blog. I live in Orlando and grew up visiting Cocoa Beach every weekend. :) My family and I will be moving to NC within a year. We do want to visit Mount Airy, looks like a fun and pretty place!
Looks like you enjoyed your visit to Cocoa. Nice blog and adorable puppy dog! Hope you have a lovely weekend.

What a coincidence...I lived in Cocoa Beach while my daddy was at Patrick Air Force Base and my old lady girlfriends and I met in Mt. Airy for year and years for our summer "I Hate Men Week!" No men were allowed....only ourselves and our daughters. We had the best time there. I even have a fiddle I bought there. Love your beach shots. They are beautiful. It is still warm here in Lexington, but maybe winter will be along soon. genie
