Finally, the day has come. Everything went better than expected and I am closing on the house tomorrow, Thursday the 28th. My Realtor is taking me over to the house in the morning to do a last walk through, just to make sure everything is as it should be, then go and sign the papers!
The first 2 things on the list to do to the house is get the wiring fixed and put up a fence for Little Foot. It will probably take about a month to get the house ready to move into, since it needs some things done to it. Of course I will post updates as I go. :)

decided to just pull over and snap a pic of it.

I saw from your much later posts that you're still doing some home improvements, Jolie. But after this day, when you closed on the house, I don't think you can consider any task hard. Personally, looking for the right house is still the most difficult part. Congrats, by the way! :)
